Bayview Gardens Hotel

Bayview Gardens Hotel is the only boutique hotel in Labuan Bajo with a spectacular view over the harbour of Labuan Bajo and the fisherman villages with the Komodo National Park Islands in the background. Set on a slope of a hill at 160 meters above sea level, it offers perfect red sunsets in the rainy season. The lush green vegetation in the resort makes the guests feel like they are staying in a botanical garden. The view from every room is spectacular.

The hotel offers an extensive western breakfast which is included in the rate. Hotel Bayview Gardens also serves an extensive lunch and dinner (set menu), alternatively for 4 people or more, an Indonesian buffet, rijsttafel, upon request.

Late check out policy:
- If the room is free then the guest can stay another few hours. Please check the availability one day earlier.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children who share bed with parents: free of charge.
- Under 10 years old half price and will use small extra bed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received within 10 days prior to arrival: 1 (one) night charge
- Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival day or no show: full charge with maximum 3 nights.

Other disclosures:
All the rooms have western toilet, a wash basin and hot water shower. All bedrooms have spring beds.
