There are regular weekly flights either from Kupang or Denpasar / Bali. Upon arrival at the airport of Ende, you can take a taxi (no official taxi in Ende) or just walk out of the airport and take public transport which goes to the left side hand from where you stand. The main road is about less than 1 kilometres from the airport.
By bus from Riung or Bajawa:
Get off at the west terminal and then take a Bemo (town transport) to the hotel; it is not far away from the terminal.
